I have completed just over a month of training! This has consisted of 6 sessions per week. I have completed the second measurements test. In approximately 4 weeks I’ve lost 3.4 kg (7.49 pounds) and dropped 1.7% body fat (Electronic body analyser scale). The second fitness test will be completed this week.
